Sydney Metro West Project

The construction of a $28b metro line that will provide travellers with a 20 minute connection form Parramatta to Sydney CBD, with stations at Pyrmont, The Bays, Sydney Olympic Park, Burwood and Westmead.

Investructure has embedded a Commercial Director into the Sydney Metro West commercial team to deliver the Advance Enabling Works (AEW) packages across the whole of the Metro West project, to facilitate the commencement of the tunnelling packages. The AEW packages included the Speedway construction at Eastern Creek, the power enabling works to the precast yard at Eastern Creek as well as the Bays and Westmead for the TBM power, the road relocation works a The Bays, and the demolition and archaeological works at Parramatta, Clyde and Westmead.

Investructure also provide the Commercial Director to lead the commercial team in the delivery of the Western Tunnelling Package, the $2.4b tunnelling package from Westmead to Sydney Olympic Park, including the station box excavation and construction at Parramatta, the dive structure at Clyde and the MSF facility at Clyde, and the TBM launch pit at Rosehill.
