Inland Rail Beveridge to Albury, Tranche 1

Inland Rail is set to deliver critical infrastructure that will become the backbone of Australia’s freight transportation.

ARTC engaged Investructure as a trusted commercial advisor on the Victorian-based Tranche 1, Beveridge to Albury project. Our commercial specialists work on behalf of ARTC as the commercial lead, managing a lump sum, design and construct contract with incentivised target cost scope elements.

Through this engagement, Investructure manages all commercial and contractual aspects of this project and ensures that all contractual obligations are being met through a collaborative relationship with the tier-one principal contractor. This position allows our commercial professionals to implement critical lessons learnt from major infrastructure projects across the country to deliver a value-for-money solution for one of Australia’s flagship projects.

This project will be delivered across four sites and include modifications to tracks, utilities and signal gantries along the rail corridor. Once complete, the Inland Rail project will link producers, farmers, and businesses to national and global markets, reducing the reliance and congestion of Australian road freight and generating new opportunities for industries and our regions.
